  • Natalie Hernandez

    Natalie Hernandez

After achieving a million dollar net worth by the age of 30, Natalie found herself successful by the world's standards but empty on the inside. The emptiness led her to the feet of Jesus and she became born again in 2018 and learned what it meant to live a truly abundant life in Christ.  Natalie and her husband Hugo are avid investors and have grown a portfolio worth over $15 million dollars. She is the host of the Beyond Rich Podcast, which teaches ambitious entrepreneurs how to live a life full of faith, courage and bold action. Natalie and Hugo are also the founders of TIPPS Retreat. TIPPS Retreat is a free annual personal growth conference which teaches success principles in all areas of life, from marriage to investing and mindset. Natalie and Hugo have two boys, ages 6 and 2 and their favorite thing to do is spend time together in their favorite place, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Her favorite Bible verse is 2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith and not by sight.

  • Pastor Mark Francey

    Pastor Mark Francey

Pastors Mark and Rachelle Francey served as the Youth & Young Adult Pastors of Generation Church at Capital Church in Boise, Idaho for over 15 years, and saw over 18,000 young people come to know Jesus as well as countless healings and miracles. In 2008, God planted a dream in their hearts: to one day start a church in South Orange County. This dream has now become Oceans Church, who just celebrated its fourth anniversary this past September. Pastor Mark has a heart for those in ministry and business to work together to build the kingdom. He regularly gathers local businessmen together to cast kingdom vision and incorporate them into the blueprints of Oceans Church. The Franceys heart is to see the knowledge of the glory of the Lord fill the Earth, as the waters cover the sea (Hab 2:14), to foster an environment for the believer and the skeptic to encounter the tangible power and presence of a living God. Pastor Mark and Rachelle have been married now for 17 years, and have been blessed with the most adorable girls, Kenzie and Chloe. They love spending time with family and friends, as well as going to the beach as a family.

  • Erika Ulrich

    Erika Ulrich

Erika started her professional career in real estate managing apartment communities with over 500 units at 21 years old. When she became a mother, she quickly learned that time was her most precious asset, and decided to pursue being in business for herself. After growing a successful photography business, she fell into network marketing. After just three years in the industry, she made a name for herself as a top income earner with a team selling roughly 3,000,000 per month. Just two years ago she took a leap of faith when she sold that business to rebuild from the ground up with another brand. She’s making waves yet again as the fastest growing team in the history of her new company. While all of this is fun and exciting, she knows that her true calling is to be a wife and mother and to share the true Gospel everywhere she goes. Outside of work, she enjoys helping to lead the mom’s ministry at Capital church, is launching a new hybrid, homeschool program, loves being involved in local politics, riding horses, raising backyard, chickens, and teaching people to bake sourdough bread. She’s really just a wannabe homesteader using her business to finance the advancement of the Kingdom and to see dreams come to life.
